| Robert McAllister President and Director Mr. McAllister has served as our president since November 2007 and as a director since April 2008. From May 2004 to August 2007 Mr. McAllister was responsible for Investor and Corporate communications for Redhawk Resources Inc., an Canadian junior mining company focused on base and precious metals projects in the United States. Mr. McAllister has also provided and written business and investment articles from 1996 to 2006 in various North American publications. | |
| Chris Bunka CEO, Secretary, Treasurer and Director Mr. Bunka has been CEO of several privately-held holding companies over the last 25 years. He is a venture capitalist and corporate consultant and formerly, a business commentator and author. He brings to Enertopia extensive experience in the capital raising markets, corporate governance, project acquisition and finance. He has assisted in raising growth capital for many firms since 1998. | |
| Greg Dawson Director Mr. Dawson has worked in the resource exploration business for over 25 years with Teck Exploration Ltd. and more recently as President of Redtail Metals Corp a Venture listed exploration company. From 2004 to 2010 Mr. Dawson was VP of exploration of Copper Ridge Resources, where he designed and managed exploration programs in western Canada with budgets up to $1,000,000, and was also responsible for the evaluation of acquisition opportunities, with emphasis on world class copper gold porphyry deposits and precious metal enriched VMS deposits. | |
| Donald Findlay Director Mr. Findlay has worked in the resource exploration business since 1980. He has worked in different capacities from consultant to the positions of Senior Exploration Geologist and Exploration Manager. Mr. Findlay completed his MSc in geology in 1978 with his thesis on copper molybdenum porphyry deposits. | |
| Dr. John Thomas Position: Director Dr. Thomas is a professional engineer, and holds a B.Sc., an M.Sc, and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He also received a diploma in accounting and finance from the U.K. Association of Certified Accountants. He has 38 years of experience in the mining industry, including both base metal and precious metal projects in several countries including Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Russia, Venezuela, and Zambia. His experience covers a wide range of activities in the mining industry from process development, management of feasibility studies, engineering and management of construction, and operation of mines. |
